We carry out the in-depth examination of the appeal possibilities for you at a flat rate of CHF 2,000 (excl. VAT and 3% flat rate for expenses).

For this purpose, we require the submitted planning documents and land register excerpts in order to be able to carry out the clarification taking into account all facts.

Comprehensive advice in which way and with which arguments to proceed against a building project. If it is your project, the comprehensive advice will of course focus on how you can optimize weak points and protect yourself against appeals.
